Jessops launches Collect at Store service

Don't have to pay delivery charges

Jessops, the UK photography retailer, has announced that it is offering a collect at store service that will allow you to purchase products online and then collect at store within an hour of the order.

The service, which is similar to Argos and PC World's offerings will only available at 38 of the retailers 300 stores.

The new service means there are no delivery charges.

The company say that you will be able to choose from over 10,000 products and that when they reach your local shop they will email or text you when your order is ready for collection.

All shoppers have to do is add the product to their shopping basket and select the "Collect at Store" option when it comes to checkout.

Customers will then have to take a copy of the email to the store to collect their order.

Collect@Store is currently available in the following stores:

Abingdon, Brighton - Western Road, Bromley - Market Square, Bury, Camberley, Cardiff - Churchill House, Cardiff - Duke Street, Cirencester, Clapham Junction, Derby - The Spot, Doncaster - Baxtergate, Edinburgh - South St. David Street, Glasgow - 282 Sauchiehall Street, Grimsby, Harlow, Kidderminster, Leamington Spa - The Parade, Leicester - Granby Street, Lincoln, London - Cannon Street, London - New Oxford Street, Manchester - Trafford Centre, Newark, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Northampton - Abington Square, Nuneaton, Perth, Peterborough - Queensgate, Romford, Sheffield - Meadowhall, Solihull - Touchwood, Stirling, Taunton, Watford - Market Street, West Bromwich, Wimbledon, Wolverhampton - Central Arcade, and Wrexham.

Jessops say they will be adding more stores in the coming months.
