HP introduces new range of all-in-ones

Featuring WiFi

NEWS: 10 October 2008 17:16 GMT by Verity Burns

HP has announced a new range of all-in-one printer, scanner and copiers, all with built in WiFi connectivity.

The new all-in-ones come complete with the new HP printing technology which includes 5-ink and optional 6-ink printing for an expanded range of colours and more natural skin tones.

There's also large colour screens on all to preview printing, dedicated photo printing trays and memory card slots for direct printing without the need for a PC.

First up in the range is the HP Photosmart C4580 All-in-One. It has a 3.8cm colour screen and can print photos up to panorama size.

Up next are the HP Photosmart C5380 and C6380 All-in-Ones, which feature the HP dual-drop-volume system to produce ink drops as small as 1.3picolitres. A new pigment photo black ink, optimised for HP speciality photo papers, ensures photos are long lasting.

Both the C5380 and C6380 also feature 6.1cm colour screens for selecting and editing photos, adding effects and removing red-eye.

All models will be available in October and priced at £150 for the C4580, £130 for the C5380 and £250 for the C6380.
